Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Alpha Gateway Limited(“Alpha Gateway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of Authenticator App •, including its authentication, password, website-assessment, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service provides tools that may allow you to:

• add authentication configurations manually or by scanning a QR code;
• generate time-based or similar one-time verification codes;
• organize authentication records for third-party accounts;
• generate passwords;
• assess websites or domains for possible security risks; and
• access other security-related utilities made available within the App.

The Service generally generates authentication codes from configuration information stored on your device. It does not operate the third-party accounts associated with those codes and does not independently enable, disable, recover, or modify two-factor authentication on those accounts.

Features may differ depending on your device, operating system, geographic region, App version, purchase status, or applicable legal requirements.

Independent Service

Alpha Gateway is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Facebook, or any other third-party platform merely because the Service can store an authentication configuration associated with that platform.

Third-party company names, service names, and trademarks appearing in authentication records remain the property of their respective owners and may be displayed only to help you identify an account or service.

Your use of a third-party account remains subject to that provider’s own terms, security procedures, and privacy practices.

Your Authentication Records

Authentication secrets, QR codes, recovery keys, and one-time verification codes are security-sensitive information. You are responsible for:

• obtaining authentication information through lawful means;
• ensuring that you are authorized to add or use the relevant account;
• protecting your device against unauthorized access;
• maintaining independent recovery codes or another recovery method;
• verifying an authentication record before relying on it; and
• safely removing authentication information from devices you no longer control.

Unless the App expressly provides and describes a backup or synchronization feature, authentication records may be stored only on your device. Deleting a record, resetting the App, losing access to your device, or uninstalling the App may result in permanent loss of that information.

Alpha Gateway may be unable to restore locally deleted authentication secrets or codes. Removing a record from the App does not necessarily disable two-factor authentication on the corresponding third-party account. You must follow the relevant provider’s procedures to change, recover, or disable its authentication method.

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, Alpha Gateway grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use the Service on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the applicable app marketplace rules.

You may use the Service only for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You must not:

• access or attempt to access an account without authorization;
• obtain, scan, store, intercept, or use another person’s authentication secret, password, recovery code, or verification code without permission;
• use the Service for phishing, impersonation, fraud, credential theft, surveillance, or other harmful conduct;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or bypass security protections applied to the Service;
• reverse engineer, decrypt, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• copy, modify, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
• use automated methods to probe, scrape, or misuse the Service;
• introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content; or
• use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may restrict or discontinue access where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused, security is at risk, or continued access would violate applicable law.

Security and Website Assessments

Website, phishing, domain, or security-assessment features are provided as informational tools. Their results may be based on available technical signals, rules, or threat information and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

A website that is not identified as suspicious is not necessarily safe. Likewise, a warning does not conclusively establish that a website is malicious. You remain responsible for evaluating requests for passwords, payment information, authentication codes, recovery keys, or other sensitive information.

You should not rely exclusively on the Service when making security, financial, legal, or account-access decisions. Alpha Gateway does not guarantee that the Service will detect every phishing attempt, malicious website, compromised account, or other threat.

Password Generator

Passwords produced by the Service are generated as a convenience. You are responsible for deciding whether a generated password is suitable for your intended purpose and meets the relevant third-party service’s requirements.

We recommend using a unique password for each account and storing important credentials through an appropriately secured method. The Service does not guarantee that a generated password will prevent unauthorized access or satisfy every organization’s security policy.

Free and Paid Features

The Service may include free features, advertising-supported access, paid subscriptions, free trials, lifetime purchases, or other in-app purchases. The features and prices offered to you will be displayed in the App or applicable app marketplace before purchase.

We may change the composition of free or premium features in future versions. Any change affecting an existing paid entitlement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and marketplace requirements.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through the app marketplace account used to complete the purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

• subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period;
• payment is charged to your marketplace account upon confirmation;
• renewal charges may be applied within the period specified by the marketplace before the current subscription expires; and
• the subscription continues until cancelled through your marketplace account settings.

Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the subscription settings of the marketplace account used for the purchase. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access to eligible premium features may continue until then.

We cannot directly cancel a subscription billed by Apple or another marketplace on your behalf.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, its duration and applicable subscription price will be displayed before you confirm the trial.

Unless cancelled before the deadline specified by the app marketplace, a free trial may automatically convert into a paid, recurring subscription. You are responsible for reviewing the displayed offer and cancelling through your marketplace account if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.

Eligibility for a free trial may be limited to new or qualifying users. Reinstalling the App, using another device, or creating another installation does not necessarily create a new trial entitlement.

Lifetime Purchases

A “lifetime” purchase means a one-time licence to access the premium features identified in the offer for the supported operating life of the applicable Service. It does not refer to the lifetime of the user and does not provide ownership of the App, its source code, or Alpha Gateway’s business.

A lifetime purchase does not automatically include:

• separately released products or applications;
• unrelated services introduced later;
• third-party charges;
• features expressly sold as separate purchases; or
• continued compatibility with devices or operating systems that are no longer supported.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

Prices, Taxes, and Refunds

Prices may vary by country, currency, tax rules, marketplace, subscription period, or promotional offer. The final price presented by the app marketplace before confirmation controls the transaction.

Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the displayed price according to marketplace practices and local law.

Purchases and refunds are administered by the app marketplace through which payment was made. Refund eligibility is determined under that marketplace’s policies and applicable consumer law. Except where required by law, Alpha Gateway cannot independently issue a refund for a transaction controlled by the marketplace.

Advertising

Free or partially free versions of the Service may display advertisements provided through Google Mobile Ads or another disclosed advertising service.

Advertising availability and relevance may depend on your device settings, consent choices, location, and applicable law. Refusing tracking permission does not necessarily remove advertisements; it may result in less personalized or contextual advertising.

Alpha Gateway is not responsible for the content, products, or services promoted by third-party advertisers. Opening an advertisement may take you to a third-party website or application governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

Updates and Availability

We may release updates to improve security, compatibility, performance, or functionality. Some updates may be necessary for the Service to continue operating properly.

We do not guarantee that:

• every feature will remain available indefinitely;
• the Service will support every device or operating-system version;
• third-party authentication formats will remain unchanged;
• the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free; or
• authentication codes will be accepted by every third-party provider.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or technical reasons. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice or remedies for material changes affecting paid access.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, text, graphics, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Alpha Gateway and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant you permission to use the Service but do not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

Information that you lawfully add to the App remains yours or belongs to the relevant rights holder. You grant us only the limited rights reasonably necessary to process such information when providing a feature you request.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains, among other matters, how authentication content is distinguished from analytics, advertising, diagnostic, and purchase-related information.

You should not send active verification codes, authentication secrets, recovery keys, or passwords when contacting customer support.

Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with app marketplaces, advertisers, analytics providers, security-information sources, websites, or account providers operated by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• the availability or security of a third-party account;
• a third party’s acceptance or rejection of an authentication code;
• changes to third-party authentication methods;
• content or conduct on external websites;
• marketplace payment and refund decisions; or
• a third party’s terms, privacy practices, or security incidents.

Accessing or using a third-party service is at your discretion and may require acceptance of separate terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Alpha Gateway disclaims warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, entirely secure, error-free, compatible with every third-party account, or capable of detecting every threat.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Gateway will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from or relating to:

• loss of access to a third-party account;
• deletion or loss of authentication records or recovery information;
• unauthorized access caused by an unsecured or compromised device;
• reliance on a website or phishing assessment;
• failure to maintain an independent account-recovery method;
• third-party service outages or policy changes; or
• loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized access to another person’s account.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Alpha Gateway for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or where such an obligation is prohibited by applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse security-related features, threaten the integrity of the Service, or use the Service unlawfully.

Upon termination, the licence granted under these Terms ends. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, payments already incurred, and dispute resolution remain effective where their nature requires.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, payment arrangements, legal requirements, or security practices.

Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice through the App, its marketplace listing, or another reasonable method where required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

The effective date at the beginning indicates the current version.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Alpha Gateway and your use of the Service, without excluding any mandatory protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, you may contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another forum.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the purchase information displayed by the applicable marketplace, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service.
